Lateral Flow Test Kits for PAs

Dundee HSCP has updated its guidance on how PAs can apply for Lateral Test Kits.

A PA Employer or a representative (a personal assistant on behalf of a team) should first phone 0300 303 3020 to outline the required supply. They will be asked to confirm details such as name and address and other questions to complete a short validation process.

PAs will then be advised to contact the Hub to arrange and collect the test kits. To avoid waiting times, you can email your order to the Hub at [email protected]

The support team will then contact with a time and date to collect your order (usually the same or next working day).
PA’s or representatives can also attend in person, they will be asked to complete an order form and will be asked for proof of identity on collection. If possible, bring the letter (printed or electronic) received about accessing the kits.

Each personal assistant will be issued one kit, each kit contains 25 tests. The personal assistant will also be required to enter each test result (both positive and negative) on an online portal
