• Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour
• Hours: 3 – 4 hours per week, usually at weekends (Saturday or Sunday by mutual agreement) with additional hours available during school holidays.
• Location: Dundee

We are also recruiting for a relief position; this will be to cover annual leave and possibly some additional hours over the school holidays.

I am looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to provide support to my 7-year-old autistic son through Self-Directed Support (SDS).
My son has limited speech and can present with challenging behaviours at times. We are seeking someone who has experience working with autistic children and understands how to support children with additional needs in a positive, patient, and respectful way.
The role will involve supporting him to access and enjoy activities within the community, helping him build confidence, independence, and social experiences.

Activities may include:

• Soft play
• Parks and outdoor activities
• Swimming
• Cinema trips
• Other community-based activities suited to his interests and needs
