Lady with Huntington’s disease who lives independently in her own home is looking for a personal care assistant to join her established team. Your assistance and support will help her continue to live her best live at home, close to her family and community.
Duties will include personal care, meal preparation, moving and handling using a hoist, social activities and light household duties. There would be opportunities to shadow established team members to learn the care role.
The shifts are worked on a two week rota pattern as follows
Week 1 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2 Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Froickheim is on a bus route with the local bus stance within the village, but a car would be advantageous.
Extra shifts may be offered to cover holidays.
Membership of the protecting vulnerable groups scheme would be required.
