Speaker Special: Discover the Compass App

Join us on Wednesday 6 May, 12:30-3 pm at Dundee Carers Centre, 132 Seagate, Dundee DD1 2HB, for a Speaker Special session with the Scottish Transition Forum.

They’ll be introducing the Compass app – a free online set of tools designed to support young people with additional support needs, and the adults in their lives, as they navigate transitions.

This is a great opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and explore how Compass can support planning and decision-making.
